I started using Landlord Vision when we began professionally acquiring properties. Keeping track of rents, especially if tenants are struggling to pay, is really important to me — and Landlord Vision being specific to properties does this really well. I also find the support environment very helpful, coming from a software background I know this is difficult to achieve.
I'm using LV for two different companies and like that I can do everything myself. The neatness of the system, particularly the expense recording and sorting feature, takes away the drudgery of filing/book keeping and gives me control.
